2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address and business name, when you submit the enquiry form, message us, or call.
- What you told us about your requirement, budget and timeline.
- Billing details needed to raise a GST invoice.
- For clients: content, product data, images and logins you share so we can build or run your website and ad accounts.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time.
- Analytics data through Google Analytics, so we know which pages are useful.
- Advertising cookies from Meta and Google when we run ad campaigns, used to measure which ads brought an enquiry.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To deliver, support and maintain the work you have hired us for.
- To raise invoices and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- To send occasional emails about our services, only if you asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve our own website and advertising.
We process this information with your consent, or because it is necessary to perform the contract you have with us, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to do the work:
- Hosting and domain providers where your website runs.
- Payment gateways, when you pay us online.
- Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising measurement.
- Our accountant, for invoicing and statutory filings.
- Government authorities, if we are legally required to.
5. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for basic functioning, analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you from using the site or contacting us.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records and invoices: 8 years, as required for tax records.
- Website logins and credentials: deleted from our systems within 30 days of project handover, unless you are on a care plan.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hello@hrenterprise.co.in and we will respond within 15 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Your customers' data
When we build or maintain your website, we may see data belonging to your customers. We treat it as confidential, use it only to do the work you asked for, and never copy it for our own use.
9. Security
We use secure hosting, encrypted connections and password managers, and limit access to the people working on your project. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as required by law.
10. Children
Our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be emailed.
