We work in milestones so you are never paying far ahead of what has been delivered. This page explains exactly when money comes back to you.
1. Before work starts
If you cancel within 5 days of paying the advance and we have not started work, you get a full refund, less any payment gateway charges actually incurred.
2. After work starts
Once design or development has begun, the advance covers the work completed. If you cancel mid-project, we invoice for the stage completed and refund the balance of what you have paid. We will share the working files for the completed stage.
3. What is never refundable
- Domain registration, hosting, SSL, themes, plugins, apps and licence fees, since these are bought from third parties in your name.
- Advertising spend already paid to Google or Meta.
- Payment gateway and bank charges.
- Content writing, photography and other work already delivered.
4. Advertising management fees
Ad management runs month to month. Cancel any time with 15 days' notice. The fee for the month already in progress is not refundable, because the work for that month is done. Your ad accounts remain yours.
5. Website care plans
Care plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled any time. We do not refund part months, and the plan runs to the end of the paid month.
6. If we do not deliver
If we miss the agreed delivery date by more than 30 days for reasons that are our fault, you can cancel and we will refund every rupee paid for milestones we have not delivered. Delays caused by pending content or approvals from your side are not covered by this clause.
7. How to request a refund
Email hello@hrenterprise.co.in with your invoice number and the reason. We respond within 7 working days. Approved refunds are paid within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method — UPI, bank transfer or card.
8. Disputes
Talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most disputes come from a misunderstanding about scope and get settled in one phone call. Anything unresolved is subject to the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
