These terms apply when you hire HR Enterprise to build a website or run advertising for your business. Accepting a quotation or paying an advance means you accept these terms.
1. Quotation and scope
Every project starts with a written quotation listing what is included, the price and the delivery time. Anything not listed in the quotation is out of scope and will be quoted separately. A quotation is valid for 30 days.
2. Payments
- 40% advance to start, 40% when the build is approved on the staging link, 20% before handover, unless your quotation says otherwise.
- Prices are exclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
- Third-party costs — domain, hosting, themes, plugins, licences and ad spend — are billed at actuals or paid directly by you.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days. Work may be paused on overdue invoices.
3. What we need from you
We need your content, images, product data, logo files and approvals on time. Delivery dates assume these arrive when agreed. If material is delayed by more than 15 days, we may reschedule your project to the next available slot.
4. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included in every website package. Revisions mean changes to the agreed design or content — not a new design direction or new pages. Further changes are billed at our hourly rate, quoted before we start.
5. Delivery and launch
We show you a working staging link before launch. Once you approve it and the final payment is received, we launch the site and hand over all logins. Thirty days of free support for bugs in our work follow the handover. Care plans for ongoing changes are charged separately.
6. Ownership
On receipt of full payment, the website design, custom code and content we produced for you belong to you. The domain, hosting and platform accounts are registered in your business name from the start. We keep the right to reuse our own general-purpose components, libraries and techniques on other projects.
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show your project in our portfolio and case studies.
7. Third-party platforms
WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Google, Meta, payment gateways and hosting providers are run by other companies. We are not responsible for their downtime, price changes, policy changes or account suspensions, though we will help you deal with them.
8. Advertising services
- Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta. Our management fee is separate and fixed, so we do not benefit from you spending more.
- Advertising accounts are created in your name and stay with you.
- We report performance monthly. We cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, sales or rankings — no one honestly can.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, pricing and customer data confidential, and we expect the same for our quotations and working documents.
10. Liability
We are responsible for doing the work with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data on systems we do not control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Cancellation
Either side may cancel a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to that date; refunds follow our refund policy.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extended power or internet failure, natural events, or platform-wide outages.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
